i re-read it and its not his fault at all. I originally believed that he was driven to go suck another guys dick because he was starving, but in the beginning when he first sucked sakura off, there's a panel after where he snaps out of a trance and instantly regrets it. in other chapters they explain that its bloodlust, which is what people mean when they say that hes starving, but hes not starving in a literal way; if he was, then he would be able to keep to himself, but bloodlust and human starvation are obviously very different, because bloodlust makes it so that you make unconscious decisions to satiate your lust. that shows that he wasn't in the right state of mind, nor was he consciously making decisions, and it he seems nonchalant about it because he was like "hes gonna be gone for another day? oh well, ill go suck another guys dick" but he was also like that when first sucking sakuras dick, and it makes him seem conscious of his actions when hes not.

The story establishes the fact that he can consume blood to survive. He doesn't only need semen. It was bad writing all around because the writing made no sense.
Mizuki was 100% playing the victim card because it was an issue born from his inability to communicate with his partner. Who told him to keep quite about the fact that he was starving? Did he once stop to think how his partner who was dealing with the stress from work and his family being injured would handle him sucking another guy's dick?
i feel like alot of the comments are misinterpreting how long they can go without feeding before it gets to starvation. he obviously was hitting his limit at the week mark but he said hed b fine and as soon as he found out hed b a day late he saught someone else out
obviously its just bad writing but he is still 100% at fault
