Lol this was driving me crazy even tho I kinda new what the title was. I just kept misremembering the JP name with a "えようこそう" (E yōkoso u)

So I think the title is "Welcome to (the science room/club)"
It's an old ish manga, student × teacher, I don't remember much but I think it had a scene where the student is handcuffed(?) And was left in a club/class room (?)
