Imo the best course of action would be what exactly what she did, with addition of recording phone in her pocket, this conversation was incriminating enough that the boss would for sure fire her.
If she went to her boss with nothing to back her claim, he would probably didn't believe her.
Also I'm kinda glad it wasn't resolved just like that, I believe ML & FL should cook something special for her, it would be best if ML just backed her, and left exposing her to FL.

Agree, waiting for it is killing me, but if author can cook something rly delicious, then it's worth the wait.
If he ends it in let's say 3 chapters, and she is just gone, then it's fine, we will all be glad we don't have to see her smug face anymore, but I would rather see a complete humiliation, of her, and her pathetic husband.
Maybe when the project is over there is this huge party with all important ppl in the industry, and she gets exposed there, so there is no way for her to work in that kind of company ever again, and her husband is humiliated and seen as a complete idiot for getting fooled like a child.
After all she did to FL, she deserves the worst treatment, not some mild confrontation, she must be completely buried, with no way out.
I would also like to see FL's boss getting a short end of the stick, with FL telling him she quits and is going to work with ML.
And I hope FL will grow a backbone, and be a part of this, because if it's all done by ML, her character growth is non existent.
