Where did the dialog come from?

I have been following 19 Days for a while and always loved the dialog, but recently started following Old Xian on Twitter. He posts these on his Twitter account too but there isn't any dialog included, even in Chinese, so I am now wondering where the English dialog is coming from. Does Old Xian posted another version somewhere else with Chinese dialog?

yeah they just post the clean art on twt separately

Old Xian posts these on twitter without dialogue and the ones with the Chinese dialogue on Weibo.
