Yes he can, but some people just freeze to these stuff and are unable to say no and refuse, it's their defense mechanism... Its not on the smartness of someone but rather their ability to defend themselves.

Bruh Im crazily fighting myself while reading like dude ! I'm in the verge of dropping this everytime he let his sunbae have his way with him ! Like wake up I'm sorry but it kinda disappoint me that he just let it happen:(. Ik he's new to those things but still he's smart enough to at least refuse right? Even though he just went with the flow and shit but sorry it kinda irritate me to almost dropping it but keep reading anyway and now hope he won't be like that anymore.
