I fell you but thats not what happen here. Jinwoo lost his feeling to candy after 10 years of relationship and he using tired of work as his cover up reason. That why in chapter 17 he said he is the one that has changed and he is the one that let go first. It was also there he mention that the whole work thing is just an excuse and not an actual reason.
