Yeah I think so too. It’s got to be that or them trying to kill the dragon but then the Mac saves him. The dragons either gonna be asleep or their power comes back right after since he just finished the orb is what I think.
My guess is that mc was the one that got slain instead of hyoun bc the eunuch wanted to ‘end’ the kings obsession
