Basically the uke and seme are found by the servant that the emperor sent. But instead of targeting the seme, the servant gets the uke. He stabs him and the seme runs to the uke but it’s too late. The uke dies in the arms of the seme. That’s how his first life ends. Then we jump back to present time. The seme remembers everything that happened in the uke's first life. He runs to give him that black ball thing that he made. But when he finds the uke he's unconscious. They rush him to a hospital and when the uke wakes up, I think he has amnesia and doesn’t remember the seme. That’s how the season ends.

Actually, he was already about to go to the reaper, but thanks to the black ball, he survived, but he had to suffer the consequences.
