This method that a lot of writers use, where they just out of nowhere destroy the likability of side characters in order to force us to like the ML who they also wrote atrociously, but because the rest have been completely demonized, the ML is the only viable option… that method of writing is so lazy and tired. Like why not just make the main character a good person? The behavior of Taein rn is COMPLETELY out of character and came from left field. It’s just to destroy his likability but like why?
