I feel the same way.
I hate it... in a good way. You can almost taste the despair and how there is no way out. No redemption bs, because he IS a bad guy.

Ahhhggh the author is really gud a portraying hyunjaes personality always liked him from the beginning he is so unapologetic and fr just does what he wants , i am happy that the author didn’t give neither of them any kind of redemption. Seeing the process of them self destructing is highly entertaining. The way I don’t even feel bad for any of them it’s just hilarious at this point. Now he is entirely dependent on hyunjae a win for him ig(￣∇￣")
