I kinda agree with you.
I pity him, I trully do. He was raised in a hate war as the leaving proof of adult shit decisions and as usual, children pay the price. Unlike MC who had her nanny he didn't have a real carring adult. So now he is completly twisted.
Though, the reason I trully pity him is because he litteraly shot himself in his own foot. By wanting to monopolize his sister, he did the one thing he should have never do and lost her forever. He litterally made the one person who trully cared about him become his worst enemy.
I don't hate him because I think he is a pitiful fool. With all that said, I still can't wait for Cayena to destroy him XD

I would be more happy if the King suffered a lot more.
Nothing changes my mind that if it wasn't for him, maybe Rezef would have turned out differently and he would not have made the wrong choices... but it's just maybe.
Oh I definitely hate the king hundred time more. I would love if the king dies in despair, then revenge on Rezef.

I can't completely hate him even if I know he's no good because it's not entirely his fault for why he turned out like he is in this life or the past. ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
I still really love the plot but think it would be possible to have different endings.
