she's kinda right, there is definite hypocrisy by us readers. some of us can be demanding, but some of us use this site as a directory & bc there's no licensed translation for most of these. that's not really an excuse. i hope sites like these figure out a way to bring capital to the creators whose material it relies on. i hope she finds international distributors so she can expand her reach in the international market & make better pay for her works. all our these authors & artists, really. we could change the webcomic market to work better for artists & authors. but i'm not sure how, especially with the commonality of adblockers & stagnant, low wages across all industry. we could have bargaining power, who knows?

i'd say we could at least remove her material from here, but people keep uploading authors who are supposed to be avoided, so that wouldn't really stick.

at the rate the industry is going, i expect a lot of authors to either stop producing or to start going after sites like this. both have been happening, not as much as it could be, but it's noticeable. people want to be paid for their work.

True, I'd love for more manhwas to also do hard copies, I'd buy them for sure. Online it kust feels useless to pay some expensive chapter when I don't even have a copy of my own
