Um, what? I don't get what you're saying about 'cat boy' and whatnot? I mean the only thing anyone ever said was that the cat was the condition (which, BTW, it was) but no one said anything else about the dude, much less him being a cat boy.
As for the other stuff you said, yes, it kinda irked me, too, that people didn't seem to get the whole deal that this was the past they were talking about. I mean, the author did try to make it rather obvious.....
Im just confused in the beginning with the train scene and him seeing flowers and stuff like that but you came off a little rude. Just because you understand doesnt mean they do. You could have left it be and not put anything or you could just explained what was happening. But thats my opinion. Not to come rude.(⌒▽⌒)

YES those are his past memories! He is visiting a Psychiatrist despite being one himself because something involving his relationship with Noi messed him up. What is it that you guys don't get? How is this hard to understand? Did you try re-reading it from the beginning maybe? Pay closer attention? like yeesh I try to be understanding of people who can't follow stories well but damn lol what the hell?
