I think it just means romantic attraction to both genders but sexual attraction to the opposite sex. They can fall in love with either gender, but aren't sexually invested in the same sex is one way to put it lol.

I don't understand at all the new sexual orientations.
Like what is a biromantic heterosexual person ? I mean, if they are biromantic (aka ok with cuddling etc with both genders) how can they be hetero ?
