I don't know what you mean by fiction. JinTae's death is VERY real. I mean, u less he somehow conned everyone into thinking he's dead ...but I doubt it. I'm pretty sure he's dead dead. There's a memorial service and grave/urn marking. Idk why you'd assumed he's dead. I think you misread it just like how you misread the ML to be JinTae. He's a thing of the past. The only MLs right now are his employee (Hyeop) and Director Yoon.
