Everything aside his redemption arc was actually satisfying. He wanted to leave the MC(and unalive himself due to the immense guilt) but the MC didn't want that even after getting his memories back.They had like an arc where the MC was very devastated after learning about the past. But still he was so trashy....so I just read it as if the past didn't happen cuz the present was so good...the smut too ahem (gaslighting myself to the maximum)
