From what I understand, I think she want the complete set rather than the one that came one by one. Since the electric one have all the things need to make coffee. And since they have a wizard, why not made the bigger one right?

I mean, she could have still asked for the bigger one while using the italian coffee since that would have probably taken like a day to make
Maybe for you its good and all but for her, she already have the old one where she brew it traditionally using the filter. But what she one is not only for coffee but also to heat up the milk.

Am I the only one who finds strange that she waited like a month for an electric expresso machine instead of asking for an Italian coffee pot or a hand pressed expresso machine?
