"Will You Marry Me Again if You Are Reborn" is a het manga but it made me WEEP. SOB. FALL TO THE FLOOR. Also, if you're feeling existential and small in this big wide world "3 Ban Sen no Campanella" (bl) also made me tear up. Another is "Bokura no Shokutaku" (bl) it's a 'makes you stare at a wall in melancholic yearning' type of manga that I also highly recommend.
Blood Bank, I can't tell you in words how good it is. Tbh the crying doesn't come until later in the story but if you don't cry when you get to the later chapters you're cold I literally had to silently cry because I was reading it around my dad's side of the family and I was NOT expecting there to be such scenes. I absolutely love that webtoon
