It was Lloyd and the Queen who ended up together. Javier I'm pretty sure ended up with the noble girl that had died in the original novel. Either Lloyd's and Javier's children or grandchildren (not 100% sure since people give different answers) get together.
you can really see that javier's genes are really really strong but we can also see that even the personality traits are a family thing LMAOO (even though both lloyd and rakiel are possessors, maybe its unconsciously there) while the other family members also have queen alicia vibes here and there
