I'm not sure if this will be much help, but telling by the second picture, it looks like the manga editors just made those characters as part of their advertisement for getting more editors. Sometimes people do that, and the characters don't actually have a manga. That being said, I will look into it a little more just to make sure

The artist is Kanzaki Takashi but I haven't found the manga yet
