The "dragon thing" works out ethically. If you think about it he's young as a dragon, but he may already be pretty old in human terms. He copied the human form almost randomly because he saw a kid, and that form works out to him because not having an education he cannot confront equally with human communication and customs. Still, the uke indeed had a role in educating him, which is not totally ok, but it's more on the "Daddy long leg" side since he's now adult phisically and as maturity and rhe whole thing is reciprocated, rather than "ped***y" or other similar tropes.
