After reading this book and with the mentioning of the underground, it strongly reminds me of “the promise” and the art style are kind of the same as well. I think both might be related. As it also showed one of the characters in the promise briefly here as well, doctor x. But idk i might be wrong anyways I enjoyed this story very much :)

Both are same universe. Their were direct mention of this from 'the promise '
They even showed the young Dr.X
Also the underground society
The promise happens after this one, cause the key was release in this one.

I really like the connection. It was all set so well
