Depends on the person. Some people get diarrhea, some people don't feel a thing. ╮(￣▽￣)╭

It varies from person to person. For some people, the worst it can do is cause an STI if the semen has an infection. For others, the extra liquid can cause watery stool and/or stomach problems (relating to stool.) But usually, it just flows right back out since there's no eggs to fertilize.
