Well I meant it as a joke in here but you know using condom is not only to avoid pregnancy right. STIs do exist and to add not all of them are curable. I hope you do know.
If we are going to take things first degree, then we actually don't know if they are ill cause they didn't take any test. Running out of condoms while being lovers isn't exactly the right way to stop using them. But well, sadly enough, if we want to enjoy yaois, I guess we have to assume STI's aren't a thing because the way it's usually depicted, they would all have one by the end of the story. Guess it's like consent, you just persuade yourself it's there and ignore the fact that yaoi stories just keep making it an optional thing
