Buying merchandise

I’ve been a fan for a loooong time, and it was a lot harder to buy merchandise back in the day.
So I got to thinking, where do you buy merchandise for your favorite series?

I found that it’s easiest to buy merchandise for Japanese and Chinese series.

I collect mainly figures. I stated buying on eBay , then I found Crunchyroll, The Good Smile Company, amiami, and eknight media for my figure needs.

eBay, Amazon and amiami for other types of merchandise like the actual books, posters, etc., as well as anime conventions.

For Chinese series I follow, I mainly get my merchandise from eBay.

But lately there has been an influx of Korean comics, and a lot of them have merchandise available and this is where Ive been having a bit of trouble.

I’ve barely stated getting into buying merchandise, but when I’ve tried, I either can’t find stuff or shipping is insanely expensive.
Places I’ve used for Korean merchandise:

j-meeshop
Aladin
And koonbooks

And finally for manga and manhwa in languages other than English or their native languages:
eBay
The book depository (now defunct)
Amazon Germany

There’s an amazing physical shop near where I live, I’m there so much that I became friends with the owner and some of the employees!
They will order for me everything they don’t already have, so I very rarely buy of the internet for merch.
