That's what I've been saying the WHOLE time. That we don't know what Ian is actually thinking. Only thing we have seen is from Noah's perspective. Weepy pathetic Noah. But what is Ian really thinking?!?
It honestly just clicked cause Noah has been narrating the story so his view of Ian is different from what others see. I know hating on the Alpha is typical in Omegaverse but all the comments hating on Ian just made me realise we're looking at just 1 side of the story. We need to wait for the reveal.

We haven't had the ML's POV yet. Everything has been the MC's POV. We don't know what the ML is actually thinking or planning or what he's honestly feeling.
Sure he's a f*ckboi and a typical Alpha a**hole but having a kid who's already 5 and having the same illness. It's honestly surprising how fast he went into action to protect not only his son but the mother as well. Who knows, maybe he actually has feelings for the MC and we're gonna find it out after all the angst first.
