ngl I love that the story is set up in Spain and that they all have Spanish names. but naming the ml CÁRCEL as in JAIL... idk about that. weird they chose 'Raúl', 'Alfonso', 'Inés' and Jail hshsjsjsj my god.

    He’s called Jail / prison for a symbolic reason. Just put it together with his territory ‘Esposa’ and the author’s meaning becomes a little clearer. Author knew his name meant prison in Spanish.

    Oh, that makes sense. Good job thinking that! But the thing is... no one is called Cárcel or Prisión. No one !! That's what I was trying to say and, really, I just found it weird. Love the story, but reading "Jail" everything is just weird lol. I'm a native Spanish speaker so it's kinda uncomfortable to read Cárcel like it is an equivalent to Raúl or Inés.

    Yes other Spanish people has said it. For those who read the novel, they thought it was a humorous pun. I guess it just depends on the Spanish person because other novel readers just found it funny but digged the symbolism.

    Oh and the Webtoon version is Spanish, they changed his name to Carson so you can always read it there is Carcel is too much for you.
