He is a jiangshi/kyonshii. Aka. a "chinese hopping vampire". But they are also technically seen as a sort of zombie. Just that they don't feed on human flesh, but more of the life force of a living being.

More zombie than anything else but instead of being rlly gross somewhat... cute? Cute is the word i would use yeah. Sadly a oneshot, one could only hope for more of them
