It started rough but it get so much better. Character development and constant are big thing between them later. It's really a good story. It's because Jaeshin doesn't care for humans in the beginning but falls in love with the Prince which changes him. The Prince agrees to sleep with him to get rid of the ghosts and Jaeshin needs the Princes energy. Give it a try again.

MC wakes up and says, and I quote, "no", "stop", "it hurts" (those 3 multiple times) "take your hands off", "my stomach feels like its going to rip", also hes crying through the entire encounter AND passes out at the end.

Yes, there is rape, no it is not okay. However, there is progress unlike other mangas, well only those whom have read that far will notice the progression.
Asides from that, Ofcourse it doesn't excuse the rape. But it's already happened and if you didn't like it then you shouldn't continue to read or complain so much about it if you only read 10 chapters in and have no clue about the rest of it.
