but as far as I remeber for a mindless titan to have the power of the shiffter one he has to drink his spinal liquid
when Eren was ate by that beard titan he just swallowed Eren without biting him (so Eren's spinal liquid remained untouchable)

what's bothering me is the fact that Ymir was able to transform into human again after eating Renier and Bert's friend with a titan power, also Armin was able to steal the collosal titan by eating Bert, but why is that old titan who ate Eren in the past were not able to go transform into human again and have Eren's power? I am really confused. If Eren were able to transform into a titan inside the belly of that Bearded titan, why couldn't Bert when titan Armin ate him? (not that I want Armin to die)
