Anyone who understands korean know why he passed out in the tub?

If I'm not wrong he passed out because of the piled up works he mentioned before... Apparently he's too tired then falls asleep when he's taking a bath...

I've just read the last chapter in Spanish and it looks like he was just sleeping because of tiredness... so the person above me is totally right
