He was the one who threw him into that cage fully aware of how aggressive that dog is
locking the guy up in a cage is messed up but he could've easily avoided getting bit by using his critical thinking skills... he literally had a broom he could've used to sweep the key
he literally pushed him in the cage and threw the keys near the dog, he’s guilty af
The dog still broke the chain so he still would've been bitten even if he used the broom
use the broom as a weapon duh!!!!!
Even that broom wouldn't be of much help. Maybe he wouldn't be as injured as he is now. But still. The dog would get to him.
