Pretty sure it's because he's a jealous possessive (potential) boyfriend. I mean it looks like he's liked the mc since hs too and was only able to actively act on that feeling now so, yeah, I can see why he's kinda sus.
the ml is making me kinda scared with his face expressions..he looks like hes making out with mc bc there's smth he has wanted for so long. u can see these kinda expressions in revenge manhwas but hopefully it's not out of revenge. (or he could be overly obsessive with mc like "you're mine and mine only" looking like the one psycho mc from "my suha"
