I dont remember the title but in the manwha the girl had returned back to her former past self. The only thing I remember was that she had a miserable life with her husband. She dies and he deeply regrets it but she does not know. The scene took place where he was crying in his bedroom while mourning for his wife, suddenly she comes in the room with her childlike appearance. He was appalled when he saw her and called out for her name. She was confused to why he called her due to her recalling how hateful his husband was to her. Then she vanishes and comes back to the past again after seeing what her afterdeath was like.
