Honestly everything that happened so far is pure karma to him. Should've done better at handling the situation with the chief, he really did lead her on and got her invested into him only to break it off by text message... the direction of the story is every where and it Honestly had no initial reason going this way expect the author is terrible at pacing a story, the MC behavior is left field, it literally come from out of nowhere I feel like he changed too quickly to be acting like this..
Despite MC saying he won't choose anyone after sleeping with black hair girl again he sends the chief a message saying he's decided to dedicate himself to one person and he's sorry, this leads to the chief confronting black hair, swinging on her, and getting her head cracked open by a chair by black haired girl when she turns her back, and chief then gets back up and beats her ass, the latest ch has mc looking at chief like an angered animal asking why she did that and she basically says if you want to save her you'll have to kill me cus the next time I see her she's dead. Honestly I'm still rooting for the chief, if he ends up with anyone I want it to be her
