okay basically it starts out with je-oh who's a prostitute bc he has to pay his dad's debt. seongrok was in love with ms jeon who was also a prostitute but she escaped that life and is manipulating seongrok into murdering the people who ruined her life when she was a prostitute. she promised him that once he kills all those people for her they'll live happily and get a house somewhere together, but ofc she was lying. ms jeon is now dating the chief of police but hiding it from seongrok, and she has everything planned out for how to murder the managers of the brothel she was in without getting caught.
now je-oh was being raped by jeongsok who is the manager of the brothel, when seongrok comes in and kidnaps both of them. now seong rok didnt mean to kidnap je-oh but je-oh saw his face so he was a witness and had to be taken as well. anyway je-oh starts catching feelings for seongrok and is happy he's escaped being a prostitute and helps seongrok kill jeongsok. also je-oh hates ms jeon bc she once tricked je-oh into stabbing his superior which got him in a shit ton of trouble and also bc he believes ms jeon is manipulating seongrok and doesn't love him which is true. the police are corrupt and controlled by the chief who's dating ms jeon and is about to marry her so obviously they barely investigate the murders. there is one good officer who knows about all the corruption and is determined to catch the real killers.
but ms jeon told seongrok to kill je-oh bc he's just a loose end but seongrok couldn't bc he kind of felt bad and was also starting to like je-oh. that one police officer start snooping around ms jeon bc shes the top suspect for all these murders, anyway shit happens and seongrok is taken to jail bc they saw his car fleeing one of the murders of the brothel managers. ms jeon doesn't help him ofc but je-oh steals this cd he found in ms jeon's belongings and leaks it to the police. this cd contained a recording of a guy who committed the first murder of one of the brothel managers. so obviously this frees seongrok from being a suspect and he leaves and goes to je-oh all happy and thankful for him.
butttt this cd recording was about ms jeon telling the guy who committed the first murder how to get rid of the body so this also incriminates her as well and she's furious and confused about how the cd got out. then she finds out je-oh is alive and is fuming bc how tf could seongrok defy her like that. so she confronts seongrok and is like how could you do this if you leave we're enemies and shit and seongrok leaves so now him and ms jeon are beefing and she's gonna try and kill je-oh for what he did to her. anyway je-oh figures out a way to escape being a prostitute forever so he threatens the owner of his brothel into basically giving je-oh ownership of a new salon that's opening.
so basically the last thing that happened is je-oh started working at his new salon place and seongrok is his bodyguard as well and they're all cute together. hope this helps sorry it's so long.
