To be her second ever project, I think it did better than other stories/authors at their second or even third stories. Talking about second stories, it comes to mind Jinx: I like way more Limited Run than Jinx, story wise most of all. Even if the ending is rushed for sure and that Eeej needs side stories to properly gives us a satisfying ending, I think that she did the best she could, and as she said at some point in the notes, she sees herself that there are parts that could have done better and that she had to cut some detalis or side-storylines for the sake of a timely publication.
All of this to say that I agree with you :)
To be completely honest the ending did disappoint me a bit but seeing how far they’ve came all i can say is that i’m proud of Eeej, getting to read limited when it first came out has been amazing and i’m glad I got to experience it at all. I hope Eeej has an amazing break and i can’t wait to see the side stories. ^^
