I don't know about any additionnal precisions the author gave , but it's lost in the cloud, singular = without an 's' , reffering to '' the cloud '' in which Skylar was uploading his photographic datas in Season 1. In the first episodes Skylar loses his datas and he is consequently as lost as his datas . _ The title also evoques a poetic/romantic touch :-) and a lot of fans where lost in the clouds daydreaming about Sky and Cirrus :-)
Did you know ? There is a lot of fanfiction for this webseries and it's quite good !!! As well as many hilarious Tiktoks!
Haneul means sky in Korean that’s why u have Skylar in US
Hyunwoon means cloud (a type of cloud called cirrus) that’s why u havs Cirrus in US
“Lost In the cloud” can be interpreted in different ways, u can take it metaphorically and understand that the boys are at that stage in life where they are confused/wandering about their future and found each other for different reasons,
If u take it ad litteram, then the sky (Skylar) is lost in the cloud (Cirrus) enforcing this way their bond.
It’s nice to know that in every official translation the title has been changed. I find the JP official translation of this story the most romantic: Let Me See Inside Your Heart.
In all official translations the name of Skylar and Cirrus have the meaning of sky and cloud.
So I was wondering if the name "Lost in clouds" has a hidden meaning since both main characters' names are cloud related.
I have had my doubts from the start so I am just making sure. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
