While I feel it's near impossible to find cute/well tailored skirts (with pockets) for adults! Those long tunics men wear in the Arab world look nice so does a kilt or the wrap skirt in certain Asian and African countries. Love the German guy outfits in this manga! Looks very good and very badass! Moreover, Women were not allowed to wear pants - laws were passed barring women from wearing trousers in ~26 states in the US in the 19th and 20th centuries!
