right so i’m now up to date and i read some spoilers, i have to say i didn’t expect the novel to take that route but it’s very realistic, however i feel bad for the father as well since he’s obviously very traumatised and desensitised to a lot of things, but at the same time phil was only 9…for him to say that knowing she was there is so crazy and im glad that they had consequences for his actions. im just saddened by the fact that he’s all alone now just like how he was before..i think im gonna read the novel and see where it goes,,,this is really good though, i hope our mc starts to develop trust towards pelple again
okay only up to chapter 40 but i love how instead of her just blindly trusting og fl she actually thinks what her mother said through and isn’t a dumb idiot. it’s a refreshing twist on the “evil og fl” trope
