How do you follow people? I've been here for like- 3 years and still haven't figured it out. Can you look up specific people's names to follow them? Or do I just have to some how stumble upon them in a comment section? Idk what to doo ╥﹏╥

Click on someones profile and just scroll down on their profile

No you can't but I often do goog*e searches if I'm looking for someone
For eg- That Fujoshi m*ngago
Like this and you'll find their profile easily :)
