Their first time Jaekyung made the threat then told him to go home. Dan then decided to bite the bullet for money and not the threat. In chapters 7-8 Jaekyung did use manipulation but Dan was not saying no to sex. As it was shown to you in DM, Dan slowly caved because he wanted to have sex. Dan is not the victim you make him out to be.
It has elements of sexual coercion but Jaekyung's coercion was not the deciding factor when you understand Dan.

I know he could, but looking at the situation again, it is understandable he accepted. But I still see this as rape, like in this chapter but with reversed roles. :( sorry if I came rude in my last reply!

That interpretation (he is drunk) is logical. There is support. Why the "" around kinder? Without this chapter, that is how we suspected him to act with the hints of his real personality. We did not think she would give so much.
On the under hand, the interpretation that he is tipsy but pretending to be worse is logical too. We need more chapters to know to confirm. I can write an essay for both interpretations but I will have more support for this interpretation in this paragraph.

He learned about Dan's situation afterward. Jaekyung knew nothing about loan sharks or Dan's grandma until after the fact.
There are many haters for this story and they try to make Jaekyung worse than he is. They post fake details and people believe those fake details. These fake details don't dictate the real story.

Dan is tipsy too. It really depends on how Jaekyung handles it and that does determines whether to label it as rape or not. If it is the second interpretation it is not rape. However, It shows Dan is willing to take advantage in bed with a "drunken" Jeakyung. He is not the victim people make him out to be.
