If the sex deal is abandoned, there's a possibility the debt will be so overwhelming that he'll be forced into prostitution. He isn't sleeping as stated in the chapter before, to the point that he's more exhausted than when he was overworking himself during the first months of debt reimbursement. He's so anxious he actually entered inside the building where what is surely his worst traumatic experience happened
