I thought it was great that he didn't make him quit honestly and it's why I like the series. There's nothing in Seo to "fix", he likes his job and is good at it, he wasn't waiting around for someone to get him out of it.
People are just discriminating against sex work and slutshaming, which is beautifully ironic coming from virgins reading porn illegally on the internet in their room but ok lol

Not everyone care that much about their partner sleeping with other people as a job. Also personally I find this a very discriminating view on sex workers & the fact that he didn’t quit is what made me continue to read the manga. I found it more interesting and realistic. The world isn’t all black and white, grow up.
(For the comments that critic other aspect, it’s fine tho. The manga is by no means perfect and I’m personally a bit bored at the last arc but the sex job work aspect isn’t a valid criticism )
