Yes! I'm definitely taking that line as foreshadowing that Yejun will grow into his own and even stand up to that asshole!
I really hope we get more character development- not from the seme but from the uke (the seme is a lost cause he’s so infuriating man). I hope he acts on that ‘I feel like a doll’ statement and stands for himself rather than just accepting his fate for the sake of his kid bec no matter what the kid isn’t going to grow up happy if his dad is miserable/ being taken advantage of.
