At first I was really grossed out by him because I thought he had a creepy brocon shit going on but turns out he was just really worried about Keaton being played again since he pretty much looks like such an easy prey. What he did is still overreacting and wrong but this made me see him with another light
While yes I also hate how Karl legit punched his brother's boyfriend, what I think is really important is that after a talking from his family and thinking on his own he realized how bad his thinking is and he recognized that he needed mental help. PLUS HE SAID SORRY AND HE ACTUALLY GOT HELP. I really want to read his and his boyfriend's side storyyyy.
