I understand age difference is a big matter for many but regarding vampire stories there is no point in this at all... Especially since it's purely fictional. Romance in other fantasy/SF novels would have never existed if people only stopped at what is possible or not (Twilight, Lord of the Rings, etc)
its not her brothers body from what i found on the internet, the body of her brother was used to awaken him and died, kaname regressed in age from using his powers that's why he was back to being a kid they r two different bodies, the only weird thing here would be the age gap

He's not her real brother. He has lived for a thousand of years before Yuki was born, he was revived by Rido (the crazy uncle) who has sacrified a baby in order to bring Kaname back to life. If I'm not mistaken the baby was the first born of Yuki's parents. They still took Kaname (who became a baby because he didn't have much life force) as their child and then years later Yuuki was born.
