What's the name of this manga??

Basically a co-worker of the mc forces him to a mixer party and he's really shy and gets mad. He pretended he was gay, on a whim, and kissed the person who forced him to go to stop the girls from bothering him with their hungry eyes. The girls followed them outside so they went to a love hotel to lose them. They had sex because the uke was in the mood but the uke enjoyed it too much and was worried it would ruin sex with girls forever. Anyway then he wasn't able to get it up and so he told the mc and then they began going out. Thanks!
