The green pendant is something that Ines gave to the painter guy in her previous life. Painter made an imitation of that pendant to return back to Ines. That’s why he left it on display in the shop.
Nothing happens with Alfonso after Ines confronted him. Carcel never finds out about it. It doesn’t matter anymore since Ines has basically ditched her divorce plan and Carcel will find out on his own about her issues.
