gore manga with plot twists everywhere

I've recently read this gore manga, U12, it's genuinely f*cked up because the characters are minor girls who fight for their lives from p*dos

Pls read tags before reading, I'll warn you, it contains r*pe of a minor girl (not in explicit details), murder of minors, creepy creepy ppl.. But it's really good to read because of the way p*dos die there

dude ngl my taste in gore manga is bland but i can recommend blade! by tsutomi since it was one of the unique horror manga ive ever read and it takes place in a cyberpunk world . also jagaaaaaan was an anxiety-read 4 me there were lots of pace and action and ofc brutal satsujin kansatsukan no kokuhaku if youd like a hot mc who kills serial killers . AND PLEASE GIMME GURO RECS I NEED EM !!!!

Thanks for the recs and here are my few fav guro, basically guro has gore but certain aspects of eroticism too. But I like guro because of their out of box creativity makes me almost sh*t my pants lol
Here try this one "Shoujo Tsubaki" , this is so disturbing man.. And maybe cruel too..

OH GOD .. ive both watched and read it and it was the absolute worst i had to pause it several times cuz it was deeply disturbing . but if you liked it i can recommend litchi hikari club its similar to shoujo tsubaki but tw the gorey rape scenes

Uzumaki is my fav horror manga! It's soo good, I've heard that it's getting it's own animation by Adult Swim, hope they don't f*ck it up like the other junji itou anime

I'm not that into gore so idk if you'll like it as much as me but I loved MADK
